The This Data Protection Policy applies on Personal Information that we process about you as a natural person and does not apply if we process anonymous or business data. The term “Personal Information” is defined in our Privacy Policy. This Data Protection Policy governs the use, accessibility or any other usage of Gary, Ra-Ya, the mobile UR App (all of these terms as defined in Capitalized letters in their relevant parts) or this website: www.unlimited-robotics.com, which we will refer to as the “Website”, and any or all the properties of Unlimited Robotics Ltd, an Israeli company number 51-628383-5 (and together with its affiliates, “Company” or “we“ or “Unlimited Robotics”), who is the processor and controller for the processing of your Personal Information. As you probably noted – our robot’s name is Gary and our developers’ platform name is Ra-Ya. Our mobile application (the “UR App”), and our proprietary hardware product and the related software, firmware, and documentation of Gary and Ra-Ya and the content, features, and services that we provide in connection with any and all of the foregoing, and all revisions, improvements, new releases, and updates provided by the Company to the foregoing shall be referred herein as the “Services“ or “Products”.

This Data Protection Policy, together with our Terms of Service available here (the “Terms of Service”) and our Privacy Policy available here, (the “Privacy Policy”) constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company. PLEASE READ THEM.

By accessing or using our Website, Products or Services (in whole or in part) in any way or manner, you agree to abide by, and be bound, by this Privacy Policy. if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the website, Products or Services, and we will not be able to stand behind our undertakings as followed thereafter.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Data Protection Policy shall have the meaning set forth elsewhere in this Data Protection Policy. If any provision of this Data Protection Policy conflicts with any other provision in the website (or other policies), the provision in this Data Protection Policy shall govern.

What do we expect from you?

We process your Personal Information in order to answer and manage your request (e.g. request for information, subscription to our newsletter, complaint). This processing is based on your consent.

You purchase Unlimited Robotics products/services and you download the UR app

We process your Personal Information for the purpose of client management. This includes the processing of your name/e-mail/Gary’s reference/private key in order to activate your personal Unlimited Robotics account and to start/stop the usage of the Services; We do not process the images of children (or other people) inside your home, but we do process other information such as the location of your Gary, your environment images, and we do it in order to allow to improve the usage of Gary and our Services and to allow you to track and record the duration/distance/speed of the movements and activities of Gary; the processing of the information (including photos) you may send us in the context of Gary’s on-going maintenance and reparation service; the processing of the location of Gary’s in the context of the product retrieval functionality.

Aforementioned functionalities are essential characteristics inherent to our Services, which are necessary in order to meet your expectations as user. Without your Personal Information, we cannot perform the contract with you. This processing may involve compiling a profile. This profiling has no effect on you, except to the extent that it allows you to benefit from the functionalities concerned.

We may also process your Personal Information for the direct marketing of our products/services, based upon our legitimate interests. We believe that it is important to keep you, as our user, informed about our products/services. This processing may involve compiling a profile. This profiling has no effect on you, except to the extent that this processing activity might lead to enhancement of customer experience and personalized offers, which is an advantage for you. The provision of your Personal Information for this purpose is not a requirement and you can object to this processing (see below).

We may process your Personal Information for the management of compliance and disputes (for example, prevention/detection/sanctioning of unlawful activities and/or abuse of Unlimited Robotics's resources, defense of legal claims), based on our legitimate interests. We believe that the management of compliance and disputes contribute to safeguarding and promoting our economic, commercial, social and financial interests. The processing may involve compiling a profile and has no effect on you, except in the context of management of compliance and disputes. We may anonymize your Personal Information and process aggregate data for research and development, based on our legitimate interests (eg statistics about sales, market analysis, statistics about the users and use of our products/services, development and improvement of our products/services). We believe that research and development can lead to enhancement of customer experience, product improvement and innovation, which will help the persons concerned by our products/services (such as customers, distributors, suppliers). Research and development may involve compiling a profile. All identifying elements, such as your name, your address, etc., are eliminated. This profiling has no effect on you, except to the extent that this processing activity might lead to enhancement of customer experience, product improvement and innovation, which is an advantage for you.

The provision of your Personal Information for these purposes is a contractual requirement but you can object to the processing (see below).

With whom do we share your Personal Information?

We can transfer your Personal Information to companies that process Personal Information in our name and on our behalf (known as ‘processors'), to scientific institutions in the context of research and development, to third parties when there is a legal obligation to do so, to our commercial partners, and to the police or judicial authorities at their request if they are entitled to request the Personal Information.

Is your Personal Information transferred outside the European Union?

We can transfer your Personal Information to countries outside the European Union, including the United States. You can contact us to exercise the following rights, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the applicable legislation: Withdrawing your consent for the processing of Personal Information, to the extent that the processing of your Personal Information was initially based upon your consent. Seeking access to, or correction, deletion or restriction of your Personal Information. Objecting to any processing for direct marketing and/or any processing based on the legitimate interests as processing ground (such as research and development). Seeking the portability of your Personal Information, which you have communicated to us.
