We are so happy to have you as a potential customer, developer, partner, reseller, distributor or just a curious member in the robotic industry. If you are here – that means that you are interested in the little details and that is great! After all, most of our team is comprised from engineers who like to dive into details.
Our main mission is to be at your service. This is the main reason we established Unlimited Robotics: To serve and make an impact. Therefore, we will refer to the following document as Terms of Service (and not, like others like to call it: Terms of Use).
These Terms of Service are comprised of the following parts:
Part I – Our Websites’ Terms of Service;
Part II – Gary’s Terms of Service;
Part III – UR App’s Terms of Service;
Part IV – Ra-Ya’s Terms of Service;
Part V – Waiting List Terms of Service and Sale;
Part VI – Referral Program’s Terms of Service;
All together – shall be referred herein as our “Terms of Service”.
The Terms of Service apply on any visitor, user, whether online or offline, of our website, products, and services, and to make it easier – we will refer to it as “you” or the “user”. The Terms of Service govern the use, accessibility or any other usage of Gary, Ra-Ya, the mobile UR App (all of these terms as defined in Capitalized letters in their relevant parts) or this website: www.unlimited-robotics.com, which we will refer to as the “Website”, and any or all the properties of Unlimited Robotics Ltd, an Israeli company number 51-628383-5 (and together with its affiliates, “Company” or “we“ or “Unlimited Robotics”). You can contact us anytime: hello@unlimited-robotics.com with any concern or question.
As you probably noted – our robot’s name is Gary and our developers’ platform name is Ra-Ya. Our mobile application (the “UR App”), and our proprietary hardware product and the related software, firmware, and documentation of Gary and Ra-Ya and the content, features, and services that we provide in connection with any and all of the foregoing, and all revisions, improvements, new releases, and updates provided by the Company to the foregoing shall be referred herein as the “Services“ or “Products”.
Now to some legal stuff:
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy available at here (the “Privacy Policy”), and our Data Protection Policy (available here), constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company. PLEASE READ THEM.
By accessing or using our Website, products or services (in whole or in part) in any way or manner, you agree to abide by, and be bound, by these Terms of Service. if you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not access or use the website, products or services, and we will not be able to stand behind our undertakings as followed thereafter.
Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms of Service shall have the meaning set forth elsewhere in these Terms of Service. If any provision of these Terms of Service conflicts with any other provision in the website (or other policies), the provision in these Terms of Service shall govern.

1. Who can use the Website and the Products?
The Website is open for everyone with an internet connection:), but the use of our Services is designed for people who are 18 years or older. If you are 18 or older, but under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms of Service with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand them. In any event, we strongly request that if you are less than 18 years old you should refrain of doing any activity that relates to purchasing our Services or Gary, unless you received the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

Intellectual property
If you comply with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable right of use of the Website, Ra-Ya and Gary, solely for the purpose of purchasing, developing implementing, and using Gary, UR App and Ra-Ya.
This Website and all content that we put at your disposal, including software, pictures, animations, videos, documents, graphic elements, logos, texts, slogans, user content, and other information (hereinafter – the “Content”), as well as all related intellectual property rights (including copyrights, database rights and trademark rights) and other rights, are our exclusive property.
You are not allowed to copy, reverse engineer, display, republish, translate, offer, transfer or distribute in any way, any part of the website or of the Content, expect as explicitly allowed in these Terms of Service or otherwise explicitly permitted in writing by us.
The term “Intellectual Property Rights” means worldwide, whether registered or not (a) rights associated with works of authorship, designs, mask works and photography including copyrights; (b) trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, trade names, trade dress, the right to publicity and goodwill rights; (c) patents, patent applications and industrial designs; (d) trade secrets; (e) rights analogous to those set forth herein and any other proprietary rights relating to intangible property; (f) divisions, continuations, renewals, reissues and extensions of the foregoing (as applicable) now existing or hereafter filed, issued, or acquired. You shall not do anything that will harm or potentially harm the rights, including the Intellectual Property Rights, held by the Company in the Services, the content, or the Company’s trademarks (registered or non registered) nor will you do anything that damages the image or reputation of the Company and its employees, directors, officers and consultants.
Prohibited Use
Before we describe the prohibited activities, please note that Gary is an electrical appliance and therefore you must at all times take basic precautions when using it. please see important safety information in your user manual. In connection with the use of our Services or in the course of your interactions with Gary, Ra-Ya, UR App, other users or any third party, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities (“Prohibited Activities”):
accessing or using our Services by hitting, causing damages or changing the on-going purpose of Gary while he is moving or performing any time of activity;
violating the Terms of Service and/or any other terms and conditions governing the use of our Services;
violating any applicable laws or regulations, ordinances, or guidance issued by competent authorities;
endangering public order or good morals;
infringing upon Gary’s or any third party’s rights;
registering for an account in another’s name; registering with our Services by using false, inaccurate or misleading information; providing access to your account to any third party or using other user’s account to access our Service;
causing damage to Gary’s or a third party’s reputation or hindering the business activities of Gary or a third party;
interfering with the computer information systems of our Service;
copying, altering or publicly transmitting the software, programs, databases or API or SDK used on Gary or through Ra-Ya to provide our Services (unless such transmission is required for the use of our Service);
using reverse engineering, disassembly or other methods to analyze the software, programs, databases or API or SDK used on Gary or through Ra-Ya to provide our Service; or
acting in a manner that is defamatory, libelous, threatening or harassing.
use the Services or any portion thereof in a manner that is illegal, abusive, false, deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, untruthful, tortuous, or otherwise inappropriate, as the Company may determine in its sole discretion;
infringe, misappropriate, use, disclose without authorization, or otherwise violate any Intellectual Property Rights or proprietary rights of any third party;
commit or encourage a criminal offense;
transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, viruses, codes of a destructive nature or any other action that contains any harmful or malicious software or computer codes, files or programs that are designed or intended to damage, disrupt, cause a technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene, interfere with, or limit, the proper functionality of any software or hardware, or that enables to obtain unauthorized access to any system, data, password or other information of Company, its users, or any other individual or entity;
hack into any aspect of the Services, corrupt data, cause interference with use of the Services by other users, or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through the Services;
decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of the Services; or-
use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission;
If we determine at our sole discretion that your use of our Services violates the Terms of Service or constitutes any of the Prohibited Activities mentioned above, We reserve the right, and without any prior notice, to immediately suspend the provision of our Services to you in whole or in part and take any action as we deem necessary, and we shall not be liable to compensate you for any damage or loss resulting from such action. In addition, we shall be entitled, as we see fit, to blocking, suspending, or canceling your access to the Services, or taking legal action against you. If any violation by you causes Gary to sustain any damage or loss, you shall indemnify us for such damage or loss.
Liability
We do not explicitly or implicitly make any commitment concerning: the website's availability at a specific place and a specific point in time, or its compatibility with your hardware, or undisturbed use, continuity, the absence of viruses, bugs or other faults and any remedies; the website's content, including the third party developers’ content and the links to third party apps/contents/services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any harm resulting from the website and our Products and Services, unless in the case of intentional fault.
Our liability is, in any case, excluded for indirect, consequential and incidental damages such as loss of income, loss of productivity and loss of data, or for moral damages, including (but not limited to) reputational damage. The foregoing shall apply on
The limitation of liability in the foregoing sections applies to the extent permitted by applicable law, irrespective of the applicable liability regime, and even in case of serious fault.
Any direct damages not attributable to personal injuries that you may suffer as a direct result of your use of the Services or any portion thereof shall be limited to the amount you paid for Gary (up to the point in which such damage occurred) or 500 US$, the lower of the two. Any cause of action arising out of or related to the Services must be brought by you within sixty (60) days after the cause of action accrues.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain liabilities. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms of use shall affect any non-waivable statutory rights that apply to you.
Despite the foregoing provisions, if Unlimited Robotics is found liable, our liability is, in any case, limited to 100 US$ per claim, as a final and definite amount.
No Warranty.
Gary is an electronical device: it moves, ocmmunicates and charges. Your use of the services, including gary the robot, is at your own risk. Except as provided explicitly in the company’s warranty policy, the services are provided to you “as is” and “as available” and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, in connection with the services, including, without limitation, all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, non-infringement, completeness or accuracy, and any warranties arising out of a course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade in connection with any warranty, contract, or common law tort claims.
The company provides no warranty that the results, goods or products that may be obtained from the use of the services will be accurate, reliable, or appear or function as described or advertised.
Notwithstanding our efforts to provide you with services of the highest quality and security, the company makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the services shall be free from viruses, bugs or other contaminants.
The telecommunications networks and internet access services required for you to access and use the services are entirely beyond the control of the company and the company shall have no liability whatsoever for any outages, slowness, capacity constraints or other deficiencies affecting the same. You are responsible for any fees, including internet connection and/or mobile fees that you incur when accessing and using the services.
Errors and Inaccuracies; Modifications.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with on the Services, including, without limitation, in Product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that all Content is accurate. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, or Product information error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect information. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and advise you of the canceled order.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, modify, remove or add to the Services in our absolute discretion with immediate effect and without an obligation to provide you with notice where we consider it necessary to do so including (for example) for the management, maintenance or update of the Services and we shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss suffered as a consequence of any decision made by the Company in connection with the foregoing.
General provisions
These terms are exclusively governed by laws of Israel. The courts in Tel Aviv, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute regarding these Terms of Service, without prejudice to the applicable mandatory law that provides that the courts of your place of residence are competent.
You agree that you may only bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
You acknowledge and agree that in the event of a breach or threatened violation of our Intellectual Property Rights and confidential and proprietary information by you, we will suffer irreparable harm and will therefore be entitled to injunctive relief to enforce this Agreement. We may, without waiving any other remedies under this Agreement, seek from any court having jurisdiction any interim, equitable, provisional, or injunctive relief that is necessary to protect our rights and property pending the outcome of the arbitration referenced above. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the State of Israel for purposes of any such action by us.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and if such provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable nonetheless, the provision shall be deemed to be severable from the remainder of these Terms of Service and shall not cause the invalidity or unenforceability of the remainder of the Agreement.
The Company may assign these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion. You are not entitled to assign or otherwise transfer these Terms of Service or any of your rights or obligations hereunder, to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorized assignment will be void and of no force or effect.
We may unilaterally modify these Terms of Service (defined below) at any time. In the event of a material change, we shall notify you via email or by means of a prominent notice on the Services. You should check our these Terms of Service periodically and review changes to these Terms of Service. By continuing to use the Services following such modifications, you agree to be bound by such modifications.
If you do not accept these terms, then you must stop all use or visiting of the Website or our Services.
From time to time, we may modify the Services, among others, for purposes of enhancement of security functions, error correction and improvement of functions. Such updates or modifications may delete or change the nature of features or other aspects of the Services, including functions you may rely upon. You hereby agree that such activities may occur at the Company’s sole discretion and that the Company’s may condition continued use of the Services upon your complete installation or acceptance of such update or modifications. Any updates/modifications shall be deemed and shall constitute part of the Services for purposes of the Terms. By acceptance of the Terms, you consent to such update/modification.
The terms of Part I of these Terms of Service shall be read in conjunction and together with the rest of the relevant terms related to the Company’s Products or Services as described herein.In the event of conflict between any other terms and the terms that appear in Part I – the terms of Part I shall govern. Capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this Part I.

Part II – Gary’s Terms of Service;
Introduction to Gary:
Gary is all-in-one functional robot that is designed to help you with the tasks you have at home (i.e. taking out the laundry, making coffee, collecting the kid’s toys), office (i.e. deliver mail, bringing coffee to the meeting room, accompany guests), business (if you work in a restaurant, hotel or barbershop – Gary has a lot to offer).
Gary is unique (like every product is, right?) in a sense that Gary can be uploaded with applications. Just like you do on your mobile device. The people who upload applications are software developers (if you want to understand why they do it – please read the rest of this document, especially Part IV).
Please note that each application on Gary can be either a ‘’paid’’ app or a ‘’free’’ app. The prices are not set by us (but rather by the developer who developed the applications), even though we will strongly encourage the community to offer their applications in a reasonable consideration so many people can use many types of applications.
In addition to the foregoing prohibited uses, please be advised that Gary is an electrical appliance and therefore you must at all times take basic precautions when using it. Please see important safety information in your user manual.
We are trying to build Gary as functional as possible, so if you have any comment, feedback or suggestion for improvement, please feel free to write us at hello@unlimited-robotics.com about it.
Please note that the images you see on our website are the images of the latest design we have built of Gary. However, it is not guaranteed that this is the exact physical shape you will get when Gary arrives to you after you purchase it, mainly due to changes we do in its physical shape for improvement in performance and functionality.
And a final note on this part:
We love(!) kids and infants, but please make sure that children do not operate Gary without adult supervision.
We love barbeques (some of us do it on the vegan way), but we kindly ask that you will not operate Gary in the presence of flammable gases.
We love(!) animals and pets, but kindly you to keep any pet away from Gary, especially when it is charging.
We love robots, but we admire the human body, so please do not place any organs (and especially fingers, hair, or other part of your body) on or near moving parts of Gary.
Applicability
Unlimited Robotics delivers Gary exclusively to Canada and the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and all other off-shore locations, bases and territories. If you submit a delivery address outside these countries, we reserve the right to decline the order.
To be able to place an order, you must be above the age of 18 and not legally incapacitated and have a valid e-mail address. If it comes to our attention that an order is made by a minor, we reserve the right to decline the order.
At this point, to be able to use Gary, you must have an internet access. In order to start using Gary, at this point of time, you will first need to download the UR App (available via the App Store and Google Play) and to activate your personal Unlimited Robotics account. The download and use of the UR App app is free of charge and subject to UR App's conditions of use.
You shall bear the sole and exclusive responsibility for all aspects of the usage, including the compliance with all insurance rules that may apply to you. These rules may vary in each state or country. It is your responsibility to assess your compliance in this respect.
You shall bear your owns costs relating to the use of your Gary and the paid applications, including any costs relating to your mobile device, internet connection, GPS and the charges for electricity for reloading of the battery.
Placing an online order on the website constitutes a formal acceptance of Unlimited Robotics’ conditions of sale and Terms of Services, of the UR App's terms of service and of our data protection policy, which are available on our website.
Our offer and your order
Orders for Gary may be placed currently only directly on our Website by following the purchase process. The purchase agreement between us is concluded once we confirm your order in writing. The confirmation will follow after we receive approval from the issuer of your card. Orders without valid payment by name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed by us. When you use the bankcard from another cardholder, you confirm you have the permission to use that bankcard to make the purchase from us and issue the payment. Should the issuer of your card refuse to agree on your payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery and/or non-delivery of your order. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and also we accept Bitcoin and Ethereum. Please note that as for the crypto currencies, the prices may change, because we will have additional operational charges.
In order to purchase a product, you add it to your shopping cart. Next, you submit your contact details and billing data. Subsequently, you confirm the delivery. By pressing the button “order and pay” or ”pay”, you accept our conditions. If you have completed these steps, your order becomes final.
We use reliable third-party carriers to deliver Gary to you. At this moment, the shipping fees will be applied at the time of check out.
Until we notify otherwise, we shall ship Gary within 90 days of our written order confirmation, or as otherwise indicated in such confirmation. Despite our efforts to do the best in order to deliver Gary as soon as possible, the actual delivery times may vary as a result of events outside of our control. You bear all risk of loss and damage to the usage of Gary from the time Gary is delivered to the address provided by you at the time of purchase. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the merchandise passes to you upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier. Please note that in some states, the delivery requires the signature of an adult over 21 years of age. We shall not be liable for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, any incidental or consequential damages) arising from its failure to deliver or delay in delivering Gary purchased hereunder due to wrong or inaccurate address provided by you at the time of purchase or inability to accept and sign for the delivery.

Price
The applicable prices are those in force at the moment of the conclusion of the purchase agreement. During the period we mention in its offer, Gary's prices do not change, except for price changes that may result from changes in tax rates.
Unless provided otherwise, the prices mentioned in our offers include VAT and all other taxes but exclude the shipping costs. The shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery mode and country of delivery.
We will always inform you about the total price before you proceed to your order.
For consumers who joins the waiting list, Gary costs US$ 99/month (This price is not including the price of 99 US$ that users should pay in order to be included in the Waiting List). You can ask to stop your subscription any time, provided that a basic commitment of 72 months is immediately charged if you want to cancel it prior to such time. Please note that any apps on Gary can be either on a ‘’free’’ mode or on a ‘’paid’’ mode. If you chose a paid app, such price is added to the monthly subscription that you pay for Gary. The price of a paid app is set by the developer of the app, but we aspire to make all rates affordable and reasonable so you can enjoy as many functionalities as possible on the same robot.
KINDLY NOTE THAT THE PRICE OF 99 US$ / MONTH IS A BENEFIT GRANTED ONLY TO THOSE WHO ACTUALLY PAID TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WAITING LIST AND WHO ARE REGISTERED IN THE WAITING LIST. THE PRICE FOR CONSUMERS WHO ARE NOT IN THE LIST MAY BE HIGHER AND WILL BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO THE PURCHASE ON OUR WEBSITE.
It is also important to mention that we have a sole discretion, and you waive any claim on this regard, in connection with the amount of seats in the waiting list. We may decide, upon our sole discretion and with immediate force and effect, to close the waiting list. In such case, all the consumers who were paid in order to enter the waiting list – will be entitled to get all the benefit that are included for those who are part of the list. However, any user who is not accepted to the waiting list (among others, due to uncharged amount, decline of the credit card company, or submission of the request after the closing of the list) will not be entitled to be part of the list and get the special benefits attached thereto.
Payment
We only accept advance payment through our website using the payment methods that are indicated on our website.
In order to guarantee safe online payment and the safety of your personal data, the transaction data will only be wired while encrypted with SSL technology. In order to make payments with SSL no special software is required.
Please note we use third party integrations and service providers in order to process the payments. Even though we do the best in order to maintain the transaction data as private as possible – please DO NOT SHARE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHODS WITH ANYONE.
Oh… we also accept cryptocurrency! Yes, we do. Bitcoin and Ethereum are welcome. However, please note that we may impose additional service fees to such payment methods as we will need to take care of some operations in order to get the money to our accounts. Your consideration is appreciated.
Right of withdrawal and return Gary
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order without giving any reason and without extra costs (except for the return costs). If you withdraw, you will lose access to the UR App.
The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquired physical possession of Gary.
Please note that you cannot exercise a right to withdrawal in case of Gary made to the your specifications or clearly personalised.
You shall send back Gary or hand it over to Unlimited Robotics, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back Gary before the period of 14 days has expired. You have to bear the direct cost of returning Gary.
You are only liable for any diminished value of Gary resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of Gary.
In case you send Gary back to us, we can refuse repayment as long as we have not received Gary or until you have proved you have returned Gary, depending on which event occurs first.
Unlimited Robotics shall stop the charging or reimburse you (if applicable and payment was made in advance) not later than 45 days starting from the day we received Gary at our premise and confirmed it was not defected in any manner. If we offer to collect Gary, you will be reimbursed within 45 days starting from the day you informed us to withdraw from the purchase.
We shall use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and provided that you do not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We shall not reimburse the supplementary costs, if you have expressly opted for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
You shall handle the order as well as the packaging with the utmost care during the first 14 days after delivery. As a consumer you are liable for any diminished value of Gary resulting from the handling of Gary other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. In order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of Gary, you should only handle and inspect Gary in the same manner as you would be allowed to do in a shop.
In order to exercise your right to withdrawal, you can fill out the form on our website and send it by mail or e-mail us to hello@Unlimited-robotics.com We will send you an acknowledgement of your withdrawal.
Warranty for Gary the robot
If you are a consumer you have a legal warranty of 12 months for the robot you purchased from our website.
Gary is intended to operate and be stored indoors, in a dry environment and on dry, flat flooring only. Operating or storing Gary under different conditions may result in damage Gary or its performance and we cannot guarantee it will operate properly.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS:
Do not allow battery liquid to come into contact with skin or eyes. If contact occurs, wash the affected area with ample water and promptly seek medical advice. Immediately contact us.
Do not crush or dismantle battery packs. Do not place the battery pack near any heat source or in direct sunlight. Do not incinerate or short-circuit the battery pack. Do not subject batteries to mechanical shock.
Force majeure
If we are unable to fulfil any of its obligations towards you due to force majeure, these obligations shall be suspended during the force majeure situation.
Events of force majeure are all circumstances external to our will and control that render the respect of our obligations completely or partly impossible. Such events include amongst others strikes, pandemic, fire, wars, political events (locally or internationally), disruption of energy supplies or telecommunication networks or communication systems and/or the temporary down-time of the webshop, riots, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning, explosions, unexpected legislation, lockouts, slowdowns, and strikes, late delivery or absence of delivery by suppliers or other third parties.
Part III – UR App’s Terms of Service;
The Service
UR App is a mobile app that can be downloaded and installed on your mobile device (Android or iOS). The following terms apply when you download the UR App and they should be read (and by downloading and using the UR App you agree) with the relevant app store’s terms of use. The service allows users to operate Gary in their homes, office or business environments. The service is provided mainly through the software, but is performed through hardware.
Unlimited Robotics hereby grants you a free of charge, non-exclusive, time-limited, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license to use the UR App and its service for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.
The Data
UR App may require data access, and the provider of such data access (e.g., network operator, wireless carrier, etc.) for your device may charge you data access and other fees in connection with your use of the UR App, including, without limitation, wireless carrier messaging and other communication, messaging, and data fees and charges, as applicable. You shall be responsible, at your sole cost and expense, for obtaining and paying for wireless access, and under no circumstances will Unlimited Robotics be responsible for any such data access fees or charges in connection with your use of the UR App.
Unlimited Robotics hereby grants you a free of charge, non-exclusive, time-limited, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license to use the UR App and its service for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

Unlimited Robotics may provide links to third party apps/contents/services for information purposes.
Unlimited Robotics may also allow users to post contents such as pictures, ratings, reviews, comments, questions, and other information (“User Contents”), which are the property of the user concerned.
You agree not to post User Contents with any commercial or professional purposes or that may be unlawful, harmful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, infringing, harassing, invasive of personal privacy or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to refuse and/or remove any User Contents that we believe, in our sole discretion, violate these terms.
By posting User Contents on this website: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide and irrevocable license to use, modify, translate, reproduce, publish and distribute your User Contents in connection with Unlimited Robotics and any other of our services and of the services of our affiliated companies; you grant each User of this website a non-exclusive, non-transferable and royalty-free license to use your User Contents as permitted through the features of the website and in accordance with these terms; you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for the purpose of this section.
Your consent
UR App may require data access, and the personal data supplied by you, whether through your activity with Gary or in other way that is related to you, may be stored electronically by us.
You hereby give your consent, and we shall be permitted, to transmit your data to carefully selected partners. We and the selected partners may use the data to inform you, by electronic means, social media or by telephone about products and/or services, which they believe may be of interest to you. You can obviously inform us in writing that you do not wish to receive such information. Further information about the nature, scope, location and purpose of collecting, processing and the use of personal data required to execute the order can be found in our Privacy Policy.

The service provided by us is not intended to replace any other safety measurements you should take on your own responsibility.
Some of the information provided by the Service originates from other users or usages of the Service or third-party products or services that are integrated on Gary. Such information is intrinsically fluctuant and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Unlimited Robotics does not provide any warranties to such information’s credibility or reliability.
Some features of the Service make use of detailed location and route information, for example in the form of GPS signals and other information sent by your mobile device on which the UR App is installed and activated. These features cannot be provided without utilizing this technology. Please note, as described in detail in our Privacy Policy. Unlimited Robotics uses your location and route information to create a detailed route history of all of Gary’s journeys made when using the Service. Unlimited Robotics uses this history to offer the Service to you, to improve the quality of the Service it offers to you and to all of our users, to improve the accuracy of its mapping and navigation data, and more as described in detail in our Privacy Policy. This history is associated with your account and username (if you have chosen to set up a username).
Third party advertisements may appear on the UR App from time to time. Unlimited Robotics does not endorse these advertisements.
The Internet connection required to use the Service, and any associated charges (e.g. mobile data expenses) incurred by your use of the Service are your exclusive responsibility and made solely at your expense. Transmitting and receiving real-time updates to and from the Service, requires an online (e.g. Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G) connection between your cellular device and the Internet. The expenses of such connection are as prescribed by the agreement between you and your communication service provider (such as your cellular company), and according to its applicable terms of payment.
Registration to the UR App and third-party services and products
When you create a user registration on the UR App, and whenever a skill and/or the UR App are being used, we may receive certain information about you and your devices, device usage, configurations, network connectivity, location, and other related information. We and/or third parties may use, process, store and share this information in order to operate and improve our products and services and for other purposes. However, our use and sharing of any personal information that we may collect about you will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Website, the App, or other portions of the Services may contain links to third-party websites (“External Sites”). Further, the Services may allow you to use our Product in connection with certain third-party products such as your at-home devices and other third-party service providers (“Third-Party Products”). The links to External Sites, and the ability to integrate with Third-Party Products, are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by us such External Sites or such Third-Party Products. The content of such External Sites, and the Third-Party Products, are developed and provided by others. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for External Sites, and the Third-Party Product provider or developer, if you have any concerns regarding the External Sites or the Third-Party Products, respectively. The Company is not responsible for the any External Sites or Third-Party Products, or your use of either of the foregoing, and the Company does not make any representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, suitability, or safety of such External Sites or Third-Party Products, or the underlying software thereof. You should take precautions when downloading files from all websites to protect your computer from viruses and other destructive programs. If you decide to access linked External Sites or use Third-Party Products, you do so at your own risk.
Part IV – Ra-Ya’s Terms of Service.
General
We aspire to empower software developers to build and create robotic apps. They way we do it is through our platform for developers name Ra-Ya.
We provide a toolset, allowing applications to be integrated and displayed as using our software ("Software") available for download at our website (together with documentation files accompanying the Software - "Documentation").
Unlimited Robotics may provide you with the opportunity to download its logos, service marks and trademarks (together, the "Marks") through the Site or Services. All Marks are the property of Unlimited Robotics and constitute important and valuable assets. All download and use of Marks are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. You may not use any Marks except as expressly set forth herein.
You may refer to Unlimited Robotics products and services by their associated Marks, so long as such references (a) are truthful, fair, and not misleading, and (b) comply with these Terms. You may not incorporate Marks into your own product names, service names, applications, products, trademarks, logos or company names, and you may not adopt marks or logos that are confusingly similar to the Marks. You may not alter the Marks in any way or use them to refer to goods or services for which they were not originally intended. You may not use Marks on or in connection with any defamatory, scandalous, pornographic, or other objectionable materials of any sort, or in connection with any material that violates any applicable law, rule or regulation.
You must use all trademarks, tradenames and service marks as adjectives to refer to the Unlimited Robotics products. You may not use any of the foregoing as nouns or verbs, pluralize them or make them a possessive. You may not join any of the foregoing to other words, symbols, or numbers, either as one word or with a hyphen.
A Mark should be followed by a notice that it is being used as a trademark whenever possible. The trademark superscript symbol is preferred, but if it is not available, use parentheses such as, for example: (TM).
Communications with us
Although we encourage you to e-mail us, we do not want you to, and you should not, e-mail us any content that contains confidential information.
With respect to all e-mails and communications you send to us, including, but not limited to, ratings, feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, and the like, we shall be free to use any ratings data, ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in your communications for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, the development, production, and marketing of products and services that incorporate such information, without compensation or attribution to you.
Prohibited usages:
With regard to Ra-Ya or any other app that is submitted to our UR App market, and in addition to any other provision in this Terms of Use, you may not, whether yourself or through any other means or person:
copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Content included in the Service and/or Site, or in any way or publicly display, perform, or distribute them;
make any use of the Content on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose, or replicate or copy the Content without Unlimited Robotics’s prior written consent;
create a browser or border environment around the Content (e.g. no frames or inline linking);
interfere with or violate any third party or other user’s right to privacy or other rights, including copyrights and any other intellectual property rights of others, or harvest or collect personal information about visitors or users of the Service and/or Site without their express consent, including using any robot, spider, site search or retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, or data-mine;
defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including others’ copyrights, and other intellectual property rights;
transmit or otherwise make available in connection with the Service and/or Site any virus, worm, Trojan Horse, time bomb, web bug, spyware, or any other computer code, file, or program that may or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of any hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment, or any other actually or potentially harmful, disruptive, or invasive code or component;
interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service and/or Site, or the servers or networks that host the Service and/or Site or make the Service and/or Site available, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such servers or networks;
sell, license, or exploit for any commercial purposes any use of or access to the Content and/or the Service and/or Site;
frame or mirror any part of the Service and/or Site without Unlimited Robotics’s prior express written authorization;
create a database by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the Content from the Service and/or Site;
forward any data generated from the Service and/or Site without the prior written consent of Unlimited Robotics;
transfer or assign your Service accounts’ password, even temporarily, to a third party;
use the Service and/or Site for any illegal, immoral or unauthorized purpose;
use the Site, the Service, or the Content for non-personal or commercial purposes without Unlimited Robotics’s express prior written consent; or
infringe or violate any of these Terms.
Part V – Waiting List Terms of Service and Sale;
General
Thank you for putting your trust in us and for your participation in the waiting list for Gary. We are super excited to have you as an early adopter.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit the quantities in the waiting list or the amounts that can be purchased in a single order. Please note that your single participating in the waiting list entitles you to get 1 device.
By paying the US$99 you are entitled to get one spot in the list of early adopters that will get Gary first! We assume shipping will be during 2023 (final confirmation will be communicated to you beforehand).
We are entitled to close the waiting list at any time we wish, provided that the people that were already registered will be entitled for the early list benefits.
Waiting List Fee
Please note that because of the high volume of people who want to participate in the waiting list and get Gary first, and due to the limited amount of units we will be able to provide in the first cohort of shipping – the US$99 waiting list fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
If we approach you with the readiness to ship Gary to your home or business and you will respond that you are not interested to continue with the payment for the full purchase of Gary – we will not refund the waiting list fee, and you will no longer be entitled to get Gary in the benefit fee.
Price for Gary for the participants in the waiting list
As a benefit for the participants in the waiting list – the monthly cost of Gary (irrelevant to the amount paid to get into the waiting list in the first place) will be US99$ per month. Other terms of sale appeared in Part II above shall apply.
For those who participate in the waiting list – we will not raise the monthly price never. That, of course, is without prejudice to the case in which users will pay for different applications on Gary.
Other Terms of Sale.
For some reasons, not necessarily always related to us (i.e. force majeure, delays in manufacturing, custom clearance, and other bureaucracy) - We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to inform you about delays in the order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged.
All prices listed are exclusive of federal, state, and local sales, use, excise, or similar taxes, or shipping fees, and you will be liable for such taxes and fees. All applicable fees and taxes, including shipping fees, shall be added to your order when Gary arrives.
The images and illustrations you see on our website are a very similar visually to how Gary will be arriving to you. However, there may be some changes in the outer shape or in the functionality that we reserve, on our sole discretion, to make. Sometimes, it’s because of technical improvements, and in other times – because the product is in an on-going development. We will try to minimize those changes, but we cannot guarantee 100% similarity to what is seen on our website.
The Company uses reliable third-party carriers such as UPS and Fed-Ex to deliver Gary to you. Shipping fees will be applied at the time of check out. All delivery times provided in an order confirmation represent approximate delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary as a result of events outside of our control. You bear all risk of loss and damage to Gary from the time Gary is delivered to the address provided by you at the time of purchase. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the merchandise passes to you upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier. Gary’s delivery requires the signature of an adult over 21 years of age. We shall not be liable for any loss or damages (including, without limitation, any incidental or consequential damages) arising from its failure to deliver or delay in delivering the Products purchased hereunder due to wrong or inaccurate address provided by you at the time of purchase or inability to accept and sign for the delivery of the Product.
